Import a Japanese used car to Pakistan
We bid at the auction in Japan, inspect the car, ship it to Karachi and send your clearing agent the documents. You approve the auction sheet before we buy.
Import rules (September 2026)
Age limit
Commercial import of used cars opened in September 2025 for cars up to 5 years old (counted from the year of manufacture). The cap was scheduled for review; confirm the current limit with your customs agent before you commit. We only bid on cars that meet the rule at the time of purchase.
Who clears the car
Your clearing agent in Karachi handles customs duty and taxes. We ship the car and send the export certificate, bill of lading and inspection certificate to your agent.
Inspection
A pre-shipment inspection is required. We arrange it before loading and you receive the certificate with the documents.
Dealers vs individuals
Dealers and importers buy commercially; individuals should check with their agent whether the baggage / gift schemes still apply to them. Either way we can source and ship the car.

What it costs (indicative)
Every quote is per car. These are example numbers so you can plan — your written quote is the final price. Duty and taxes in Pakistan are paid separately, through your clearing agent.

Can you quote C&F Karachi?
Yes. Every listing shows the FOB price; ask us and we quote freight and inspection to Karachi for that car.
How do I pay?
A deposit once you approve the car and price, the balance before shipping. We invoice in USD.
Do I need my own clearing agent?
Yes. Duty and taxes are paid in Pakistan through a licensed agent. If you do not have one, tell us — we can introduce one in Karachi.
Can I import several cars at once?
Yes. Dealers buying monthly get a standing auction brief and container shipping when it is cheaper.
